I love to go back to places that I particularly liked.

I am not one of those people who once sees a place no longer wants to go back, as if it were a waste of time.

There are places that capture your heart and I love to explore them, discover them, live them.

Sicily is one of these. I have explored it far and wide over the years, over and over again and I am never tired of it, I always have the impression that I have never seen enough of it.

This time we choose to come back in the est coast. We spent two days in Catania exploring the city and tasting the amazing food but most of all i spent a morning at the fish market, A Piscaria.

You need to know that the food markets are one of my passion when i travel, there i can find the authenticity of a city, without filters.

When it was time to leave, we decided to stop in Noto, a spectacular city, is the Capital of Baroque in Sicily and also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Between Noto and Syracuse there is one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Sicily, Dimora delle Balze, if you are planning your wedding here you must absolutely take it into consideration.

If you go in Marzamemi during June like us is perfect for having relax without all the tourists.

I don’t want to talk just about food, but i admit, when we travel we really love to find particular places where try local food.

Here you must try the typical almond granita from Liccamuciula and have a dinner with one of the best view at Campisi restaurant, where you can also buy a lot of tipical products.

We also had a wine tasting at the Marabino Winery

We stopped in Syracuse for just one night and then left for a couple of days to explore the Etna volcano.

The last stop was the Ear of Dionysus, this place is surrounded by a beautiful legend, but i don’t want to tell you more is your time to explore.
